Where are you based?

I am a small business owner working from home, currently residing in Kanpur, India.

How early in advance should I place the order?

I request my customers to place an order as early as possible to avoid disappointment if the product goes out of stock.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I take commission orders too, I request you to place an order for commissions at least 10 to 15 days prior to the date it is required. As it may include the delivery time as well. You can email on artwork@yumnaartify.com to know more on commissions.

How can I get my refund?

Refunds are only given if the products is damaged due to fault of our own, or you have received the wrong items/missing items.

Refunds are not given for loss/delayed products or damaged items due to third party delivery service.
